Go Team Willan!

It is all systems go here at Willan Living. With 20 sales agreed at Hall Farm, Langwathby and 4 of those already exchanged we certainly haven’t found ourselves short of anything to do during the last few months.

On site the atmosphere is dynamic as the construction team pull together making sure schedules are adhered to meaning plots should be ready for some new homeowners to move into soon.

While at HQ everyone is carefully planning and co-coordinating projects from behind the scenes. Then of course there is the added challenges of working from home and home-schooling added into the mix.

It is perhaps hard to believe that work only begun at Langwathby last summer and 14 properties are almost complete. What’s more the whole development is anticipated to be finished before the end of this year.

Fortunately, exciting new ventures are on the horizon and we cannot wait to get started. Presently the design team are refining plans for sophisticated new house types. Think traditional layouts re-imagined for modern living showcasing our inimitable signature style.
