Willan is Back with a Bang

Willan Living is back with a bang in 2023 with lots of exciting news and notable events to look forward to. December was full of merriment from the extraordinarily well-received launch of our first ever view home and an encouraging number of new reservations to ending the season with a dazzling festive party. So, there is no wonder that after a successful end to 2022 we cannot wait to get started.

January sparks new beginnings as we kick start a brand-new site comprising twelve energy efficient two and three bedroom bungalows and two low cost houses located only five miles away from Carlisle city centre. Fittingly, The Pastures is sited at the heart of Moorhouse, a quaint historic village rooted in farming heritage. Keep an eye out for releases this Spring.

Meanwhile the construction of twenty-four homes continues at Otter’s Holt, Culgaith which is anticipated to be entirely built complete by April. Over half of this location is already occupied with more customers moving in over the next few months. What’s more only four plots are still available.

Behind the scenes we are delighted by the return of Joshua Jackson, who joins us as Project Manager. This role supports the company’s proposed growth and delivers enticing possibilities. Joshua formerly held a similar position at Willan Living from 2019 – 2020 where he laid solid foundations for processes that are used by the business today.

And the excitement doesn’t stop there. Later this month we are hosting a sparkling opening evening at Otter’s Holt, Culgaith providing an opportunity for friends, family and colleagues of Willan Living to take a closer look at what we do whilst enjoying complimentary drinks and canapes.

We are also in the early planning stages of several alluring new sites situated within proximity to some of Cumbria’s finest postcodes. More will be revealed throughout the year with those being signed up to our mailing list set to receive priority notifications.

Whilst at Head Office we’ve seen effective collaborations between all departments which has led to objectives being exceeded beyond expectation, particularly after moving to sell our own properties last November. I am optimistic that these accomplishments stand us in good stead for the future and look forward with great enthusiasm to the year ahead”.
