Introducing Willan Living’s newest member off staff, Sarah. Who comes on board at an exciting time as we prepare to sell our own properties, exclusively, without third-party assistance.

Sarah provides a valuable point of contact for potential purchasers alongside existing clients who’ve reserved or bought a home built by Willan. From early calls of curiosity to direction throughout the conveyancing process and answering aftercare queries she will be on hand to support the customer’s journey.

While Abby continues to help behind the scenes coordinating plot specifications, carefully considering buyers choices, and ensuring each property meets the uniqueness asked for.

Further more we’re establishing an easy-to-use digital portal where committed consumers can log-in to complete their reservation, acquire live sales updates and access stored documents anytime, anywhere.

It’s all go on-site too as construction work recently started at a brand new development and current locations thrive.

Early off-plan reservations are being taken at Otters Holt, Culgaith ahead of the public launch this November. Various notes of interest have been registered already and those who are interested are encouraged to get in touch quickly to avoid disappointment.

Final completions loom at Hall Farm, Langwathby with the whole site due to be finished before the year is out. Welcome hampers gifting a host of locally sourced produce from the Village Bakery at Melmerby are ready and the team can’t wait to meet the lovely home-owners while handing over the keys.
