If Willan Living is unable to process all or any part of an order for Optional Extras and payment has already been made for these, then, unless an acceptable alternative is agreed, Willan Living will refund the cost of items which cannot be processed. This will not apply in circumstances where the buyer withdraws the reservation or the reservation period expires and Willan Living has already incurred costs to purchase the Optional Extras ordered by the buyer.
Until such a time as the buyer confirms and pays for the Optional Extras, the prices may be subject to change.
