New Standard Set by Willan

What an extraordinary time it has been here at Willan Living. We are excited to share that the first residents have moved in at Hall Farm, Langwathby. Congratulations to the delightful homeowners we hope you are overjoyed with your lovely new home.

Last Thursday the first completion took place and by Friday evening the keys were handed over for a momentous 9 properties. Another sale finalised on Tuesday and a further 3 transactions are due to complete during the next few days.

In less than 12 months, we have delivered the first phase of this distinctive scheme consisting of 14 new builds. Making up the second phase are a further 10 plots which should be finished by November. What is more the whole development sold out within 8 months. Record achievements not only by our own standards but those of many other SME developers.
