How to Reserve

You may have discovered the house on Rightmove, the Willan website or it could have been in the window of the Penrith PFK branch, wherever you saw it the first step is to arrange a viewing.

Call the friendly PFK team at Penrith on 01768 862135 or email penrith@pfk.co.uk with the property details and they’ll help co-ordinate a viewing at a time that suites you.

Once the time and date are set a member of the Willan or PFK team will meet you at the house and will be on hand to answer any questions. They will show you around and you’ll have some time to take a look on your own.

You may have fallen in love and decide that you’d like to make a reservation straight away.  If so PFK will arrange the necessary paperwork as soon as instructed.

We understand that buying a house is a big commitment and that sometimes it can take a few days to decide, that’s why PFK offer a follow up phone call a few days after the viewing to give you some thinking space. In the meantime, if you decide that you’d like to reserve please contact PFK.

As soon as PFK have been notified that you’d like to reserve they will ask you a few simple questions to make sure that you are in a position to proceed with the sale.

Next, you’ll be asked to fill in a Reservation Agreement and pay a reservation fee to secure your new Willan Home. You’ll also receive other important reservation information and a handy guide of what will happen next.
