We can’t believe January is almost over! It’s been a busy time for us here at Willan Living with some exciting new projects in the pipeline and others almost complete. Take a look back with us at 2019 and discover what’s new for 2020.
Last year saw us finish Meadow Close, a five-unit development located in the countryside village of Ousby. Set before a picturesque fell-side backdrop this peaceful cul-de-sac development offered three, three-bedroom bungalows and two, four-bedroom detached houses.
Work began early last year on two of our current sites, Maiden Way Close at Melmerby and Blossom Hill at Lazonby. Finished towards the end of last year only one unit remains at Maiden Way Close, an exclusive development consisting of five, four-bedroom detached family homes perfectly positioned at the base of the Pennine hills.
Due to finish in the first half of 2020 Blossom Hill provides modern family style living with five uniquely designed four-bedroom detached executive homes in a setting compared to that of a pretty Lakeland village.
Next on the horizon is a delightful twenty-five-unit development of three- and four-bedroom homes in the ever popular Eden village of Langwathby.
