A Hive of Activity

August 2020

Behind the scenes our passionate team have been remarkably busy, and we are thrilled to share some of the latest updates.

Lately Willan Living has been a hive of activity, Hall Farm at Langwathby was recently unveiled together with the finishing off of Blossom Hill in Lazonby plus the keys have been handed over for the final abodes at Maiden Way Close.

Almost half of the properties making up phase 1 of the newly released Hall Farm development are now sold subject to contract and more reservations are anticipated in the coming weeks. Buyers who reserve early can specify their kitchen choices, bathroom tiling and floor coverings from our predetermined ranges meaning now could be the best time to set aside your chosen plot. There is a real buzz onsite and things are moving fast, work only began a short time ago and we are already at foundation stage. What is more the first houses are anticipated to be ready to move into in early spring 2021!

Blossom Hill is coming along nicely with some lucky new homeowners recently moving in at No.4. After a flurry of viewings last week both No.1 and No.2 sold while there are several notes of interest on the other dwellings. Set in the picturesque surroundings of the Eden Valley this executive development showcases an array of unique architectural features and bespoke finishes making it that little bit different to typical new build sites. To arrange a viewing please call the Penrith branch of PFK Estate Agency on 01768 862135.

Last but by no means least we say a final goodbye to Maiden Way Close as the last two charming countryside residences were handed over here earlier in the year. Some delightful compliments have been paid to this lovely development and we would to thank everyone for sharing such positive feedback.
