An exciting announcement as Willan Living plans to build twelve high quality energy efficient new build bungalows and two semidetached houses in the Carlisle area.
Everyone at Willan Living is delighted to reveal that we have acquired a new residential development site at Moorhouse, a suburban village situated on the outskirts of Carlisle in the north of Cumbria.
Planning permission has been approved for the construction of 14 dwellings in total consisting of 7 x 3-bedroom detached bungalows, 5 x 2-bedroom detached bungalows and 2 x 2-bedroom semidetached houses.
Preparation has begun behind the scenes while the Willan team get ready to start work on-site. It is anticipated that we will break ground before the end of 2022 with the first plots expected to be released for sale early next year.
